The Mirador del César is in the El Triunfo rural district, 30 minutes from Neiva. The Las Golondrinas, Cartagena and Billi Bill trails start here, and we'll be waiting for you when you get back.

1. **By car or motorbike**Leave Neiva through Neiva la Nueva towards El Caguán and continue to the El Triunfo rural district on the Cerro Neiva road. The Mirador is 1 km after the end of the concrete track.
2. **Public transport**Take bus number 73 to El Triunfo and walk about 15 minutes to the Mirador.
3. **Taxi**We have recommended taxis. Ask for details at +57 317 548 8733.
